We’re seeking a proactive Site Engineer to support the production and quality of Bespoke and Culvert concrete units, ensuring all products meet drawings, reinforcement schedules, and project specifications. Your key responsibilities are: Perform pre‑ and post‑pour inspections.
Check reinforcement, formwork, cast‑in items, and finishing quality.Interpret production and reinforcement drawings.
Maintain accurate inspection and traceability records.
Liaise with design, production, and quality teams.
Required QualificationsDegree or diploma in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering.
Strong ability to read technical and reinforcement drawings.
Solid understanding of concrete and reinforcement principles.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
ExperienceExperience in precast, construction, or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with CE quality standards and inspection processes.
Knowledge of rebar schedules and structural detailing.
