Building Services Design Engineer - Site Based - West Dublin

Our site-based Managed Service teams across Ireland provide a cost efficient and effective framework for project delivery to our clients. We take projects ranging in capital value from €100k to €15M from concept through all stages of the project life-cycle to handover.We safely deliver diverse portfolios of projects including buildings, cleanrooms, utilities, process installations, regulatory upgrades and equipment replacements.
A rare opportunity has opened up. We are looking for a Building Services Design Engineer to join our site based Managed Services team on a biopharma client site in West Dublin. This is a hybrid position.- - Site-based Building Services Project Engineer. part of our managed services team
- Leading the design and execution of a range of HVAC and utilities projects on site, liaising with the client users, other disciplines, contractors, etc.
- Collaborate with the PM Group office-based building services team to complete the design of projects such as energy efficiency upgrades, decarbonisation projects, chiller and other utility upgrades, HVAC upgrades to both production and support areas, etc.
- Involved in a wide range of projects, varying in size
- - 8+ years’ experience in the design of mechanical services engineering, preferably in a consultancy environment
- Honours degree (NFQ Level 8 for Ireland / FHEQ level 6 UK) preferably in Building Services Engineering
- Candidates with an Honours degree in Mechanical engineering will also be considered
- Strong working knowledge of IES or similar
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit MEP
