Roots Cafés is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, organised, and brand-focused team member to help us elevate our presence both online and in-store. If you’re passionate about social media, design, and creating a strong brand experience, this could be the perfect role for you.
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) from planning to posting and community engagement.Create brand-friendly content including graphics, reels, photos, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Strengthen and maintain Roots Café’s brand identity across all touchpoints.
Design menus and marketing materials—both digital and print—that align with our brand’s look, tone, and customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with trends and provide performance insights to support growth.
Work closely with the management team to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring new ideas to the table.
