Speech & Language Therapist

Reports to: Therapy Team Lead / Clinical Services Manager

Role Overview

Deliver family-centred speech and language therapy to children and adolescents, including assessments, diagnosis, and interventions. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical services.

• Provide individual and group therapy (in-clinic and remotely).
• Assess and develop therapy plans for children with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide progress reports.
• Support professional development through training and workshops.

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
• CORU registration.
• 1+ years post-qualification experience (preferably paediatric).
• Experience with children with additional needs (autism, sensory processing, etc.).

• Teletherapy and group therapy experience.
• Membership with IASLT.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organizational skills.
