F&B Supervisor - Co. Kilkenny

Our client, a luxury hotel in Co. Kilkenny, is seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee front-of-house service across the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and event spaces. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a high-standard hospitality environment and is passionate about guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the F&B team
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth guest experience
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Monitor floor operations, service quality, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues
• Assist with rostering, stock control, and daily reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory F&B role, ideally in a 4*/5* hotel
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings
