• Starting Salary: €74,000, rising to €114,000 after 3 years
• Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing the performance and operations of multiple stores within your assigned area.

• Lead and support Store Managers across your territory
• Drive team motivation, efficiency, and collaboration
• Develop and coach your management teams
• Analyse stock, sales, and KPIs to maximise performance
• Conduct store visits, audits, and cash management checks
• Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and re-openings
• Deliver annual business plans and staffing structures
• Implement company strategy within your territory

• Minimum of 3 years' management experience
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within territory/area
• Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a high-performance setting
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or operational environment
• Area or multi-site management experience is an advantage

• €84,000, rising to €114,000 after 3 years
