Job Description:

Real Brasil Food Limited is seeking dedicated and experienced butchers to join our team in Gort, Co. Galway. We are looking for professionals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparing various types of meat

Ensuring all meat is stored, handled, and prepared in accordance with food safety standards

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, tools, and equipment

Following health and safety regulations and company procedures

Working efficiently to meet production targets and customer demand

Requirements:

2 years experience working as a butcher is desirable

Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks

Comfortable working in cold environments

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
