Trust & Safety Program Manager - 11 month contract

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Business Process Analyst to join a Trust & Safety focused operations team with our client. This role provides rotational coverage across teams managing sensitive and complex issues such as cyber security, harmful content, and user safety.You'll deliver operational and project management support, ensuring continuity, quality, and efficiency during staff absences.
Role Overview
You will work independently and collaboratively, providing program and project management support, operational insights, and cross-functional coordination. This role is internal-facing, with no external stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coverage for Integrity Support Operations teams, currently focused on Cyber Security
- Manage projects involving analysis, research, and strategy execution
- Support day-to-day operations, including quality management, vendor oversight, and workflow administration
- Partner with policy and cross-functional teams to advance priorities
- Analyze data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations
- Ensure operational success against team KPIs
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2-4 years in Program Management
- Background in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety
- Proficiency with data tools (SQL, SAS, visualization platforms)
- Strong judgment and ability to stay composed under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in project management, consulting, data analysis, or technical systems
- Background in customer operations
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex situations
- Excellent communication skills, including with technical teams
- Track record of managing projects end-to-end across multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to work with potentially graphic or objectionable material
