We are currently working with our client based in South Dublin to source a perfect candidate for their Office Manager position, This role is currently temporary with the hope to permanent and requires someone with a great ability to multitask.This role is pivotal to the team and if you think you are the right fit please continue reading

Paid lunch
21 days AL as standard with an additional 2.5 days discretionary. Additionally, there is further accrual based on length of service

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and support two part-time team members, including one remote employee, ensuring alignment and accountability.Office Operations: Manage daily office activities such as inventory, supplies, and maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace.
Facilities Management: Oversee vendor relationships, office maintenance, service contracts, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Health & Safety: Serve as the on-site lead for health and safety protocols, collaborating with relevant parties to maintain compliance.
Communication Management: Monitor and manage the main company inbox, ensuring timely review and distribution of messages to appropriate teams.
Culture & Engagement: Lead a cross-functional committee focused on employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture initiatives.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team socials, site visits, and venue bookings to ensure smooth and positive experiences.
Ad Hoc Support: Provide assistance to leadership and departments as needed, contributing to a collaborative and solution-focused environment.
Essential Skills:
Strong IT skills, comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and related tools.3–5 years of proven experience in office management or a similar operational role.
Highly organised with excellent multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead direct reports and project teams with confidence and clarity.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive, assertive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset.
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Previous experience in social media management or creating internal content is a plus.
Eager to learn and contribute across different areas of the business.
Being able to drive would be a big benefit for this role
