Join a Leading Irish Specialist Tour Operator as Travel Consultant (Pilgrimages)

Location: Dublin 2 | Full-Time | Permanent

A well-established and growing Irish tour operator, renowned for its expertise in specialized travel, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to become part of its dedicated team based in Dublin 2.

• Hybrid option: Opportunity to work from home one day per week after successful completion of the 6-month probation period.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to customers, offering tailored advice and expertise on Pilgrimage tours across Europe
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person (walk-ins)
• Manage bookings, process payments, and handle cancellations
• Liaise with internal departments and product teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive, flexible, and resilient attitude in all interactions

Your Profile:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Interest in travel
• Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with popular destinations for Irish Catholic pilgrims is an advantage, but not required
