Name of employer: Oikos Contracts Limited Description of employment: Job Title Mechanical Project Manager, Manage and Coordinate production of residential building systems including Plumbing, Utilities and HVAC. Supervising the installation process of mechanical systems, ensuring they are implemented according to design specifications and relevant regulations.
Develop and guide a team working under your supervision. Perform onsite tests and inspections. Identifying and resolving technical issues during installation and operation, and providing guidance on maintenance procedures. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while coordinating with other team members and stakeholders.
Liaise and interact with the wider project team to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems. Minimum annual remuneration €41,700 per year. Location of employment: Oikos Contracts Limited, 19B Greenmount Ind Est, Harolds Cross, Dublin 12.

Hours of work: 40 hours per week.
