About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy operations team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate order processing, and high standards of safety and housekeeping.

• Adhere to all company Health & Safety procedures and standards at all times
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for delivery and collection
• Ensure all inbound and outbound deliveries are checked correctly
• Follow all goods receiving and dispatch procedures
• Handle and store stock carefully to minimise damage and maintain stock integrity
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy
• Report delivery, stock, or operational issues to management promptly
• Support general warehouse operations and assist with additional duties as required
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a warehouse environment
• Valid Manual Handling certification
• Current Forklift Licence required
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Good communication skills
• Candidates must have the right to live and work in Ireland on a permanent basis
