Head of Procurement – EMEA Operations - Tech
Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
A rapidly scaling global technology company is seeking an experienced Head of Procurement to lead EMEA procurement operations and strategic sourcing activities. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting international growth across multiple markets and functions.
The successful candidate will act as the primary procurement lead for EMEA, managing end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, procurement operations, and stakeholder engagement across a broad range of categories.
Previous Procurement Leadership experience within Tech/IT/AI is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead procurement operations across EMEA including sourcing, contracting, vendor onboarding, purchasing, and spend management
- Partner closely with Workplace, Finance, Legal, People, and Operations teams across the region
- Manage strategic sourcing initiatives with a strong focus on:
- Real Estate & Workplace
- Facilities and office buildouts
- Professional Services including consulting, legal, and advisory
- Drive supplier negotiations, RFP processes, and vendor performance management
- Ensure procurement compliance, financial controls, and effective procurement governance across jurisdictions
- Support procurement systems adoption and process improvements
- Deliver market analysis, benchmarking, and cost optimisation initiatives
- 7–10+ years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
- Strong experience managing procurement across EMEA markets
- Expertise within either:
- Real Estate & Workplace procurement, or
- Professional Services procurement
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management experience
- Experience using procurement platforms such as Coupa, Zip, NetSuite, or similar
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience within technology, AI, or high-growth environments
- Comfortable operating independently within a fast-paced international business
- Strong commercial judgement and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance operational agility with governance and compliance
