The Role
An experienced Concrete Foreman is required to oversee site operations on a reinforced concrete (RC) frame project in the Munster area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day concrete works, ensuring that all aspects of quality, safety, and productivity meet the highest standards.
You will have proven experience delivering RC frame structures (up to 5+ floors) and the ability to coordinate multiple site activities efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to reinforced concrete works — including foundations, vertical and horizontal elements, slabs, and cores.
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to ensure programme and quality standards are achieved.
- Promote and enforce strict Health & Safety compliance across all site activities.
- Monitor and report on progress, productivity, and sequencing of works to the Project Manager.
- Liaise with engineers, design teams, and client representatives to address and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including permits, inspections, and daily reports.
- Significant experience in concrete or RC frame foreman roles within the construction industry.
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate large volumes of subcontractors and direct labour.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
