BALLYMASCANLON HOSPITALITY LIMITED T/A Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort Carlingford Road, Dundalk, Co. LOUTH A91 PF57 require Chef de Partie, for a busy Hotel restaurant. Must have 2 years, minimum experience in preparing & cooking quality cuisine and pastry to Department and internal standards.
