Warehouse Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within our clients warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of medical device products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain, including working with contract manufacturers, and a proven track record of leading warehouse teams in high-volume environments.This role requires a forward-thinking individual who is eager to identify manual pain points and drive automation and process improvements throughout warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfilment.Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
Collaborate closely with supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams, including external contract manufacturers, to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
Identify inefficiencies in current manual processes and champion the implementation of automation technologies and digital tools to improve accuracy, speed, and traceability.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and company-specific SOPs.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Manage cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventories.
Coordinate with logistics providers to manage shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.Proven experience handling high-volume warehouse operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage warehouse teams.
Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and working with contract manufacturers.
Experience identifying and implementing automation and process improvements in warehouse settings.
Experience with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in medical device warehousing.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
