AD POLICY ASSOCIATE / TRUST & SAFETY (CONTRACT)

• Contract: until Sept 2026 initially with view to extension

• Salary: €70-75K per annum

We are currently recruiting for a AD POLICY ASSOCIATE for our key client based in Dublin City Centre.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Ads Policy & AI Solutions Specialist to lead critical initiatives in ads policy compliance and automation. This role combines deep policy expertise with advanced machine learning capabilities to streamline processes, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for high-priority ad policy escalations.
• Provide clear, actionable guidance on ads policy matters to sales teams.
• Handle escalations from sales and customer support, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

• Architect, build, and deploy ML systems focused on policy compliance, including:
• RAG AI Agent: Develop a Retrieval-Augmented Generation system to instantly answer complex policy questions using internal resources
• Smart Escalation Models: Create models that generate priority scores and classification signals to automatically route high-risk cases to human reviewers.

• Own the creation and maintenance of robust data pipelines for policy reporting, trend analysis, and model serving.
• Automate internal reporting and policy newsletter generation to improve team efficiency.

• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Trust & Safety teams to ensure a cohesive approach to ad policy enforcement.

• Identify opportunities to optimize ad policy processes and reduce seller-policy friction.
• Contribute to best practices development and update outdated documentation.

• Strong understanding of ads policies and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in machine learning, data engineering, and AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-stakes escalations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
