• What You’ll Do
• Act as the first point of contact for customers
• Own and resolve queries end-to-end, with clear documentation
• Deliver a high-quality, human customer experience
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements
• Collaborate closely with internal teams

• Full fluency in French and Spanish OR Portuguese + strong English (3 languages needed!)
• A customer-first mindset and sense of urgency
• Confidence working with technology systems
• Strong communication skills across cultures
• Positive, reliable, and proactive approach with interest in long-term growth
