Based in West Cork, Grian52 is rapidly growing and expanding throughout Ireland. We are seeking a fully qualified electrician with experience in installing and maintaining Sunsynk products. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV and renewable energy systems while ensuring all work adheres to the highest standards and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:Install and commission solar PV systems to the highest standards, following Safe Electric specifications and SEAI codes of practice.
Perform electrical inspections and maintenance on solar systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical issues within solar systems.
Test and verify system performance using specialized equipment.
Communicate with homeowners to explain the work being performed and any changes to the project scope, while delivering excellent customer service.
Collaborate effectively with other team members.
Coordinate with the roofing team to ensure timely project completion.
Manage time efficiently to complete projects to the highest standards.
Maintain accurate records and submit all necessary documentation.
Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements: Fully qualified solar technician with expertise/experience using Sunsynk solar systems and products.
Expertise in electrical systems and components.Valid FETAC craft certificate.
Completion of the SEAI Solar PV course or an equivalent qualification.
Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to travel regularly to job sites.
