The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. We offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced, multi-talented, and highly skilled Commis Chef to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards, ensuring a clean, tidy, safe, and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to consistently high standards.
• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Accurately prepare ingredients for senior chefs.
• Measure dish ingredients and portion sizes precisely.
• Support stock management, including deliveries, rotation, and storage.
• Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and general food safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and reliability.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality culinary standards.
