Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations including reception, phone, and email handlingProvide a professional and friendly front-of-house experience for visitors and clients
Organise and attend board meetings; take accurate meeting minutes
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Manage employee leave and sick day records accurately
Support onboarding and induction of new hires
Assist the accounts payable function – invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment allocation
Reconcile company credit card transactions
Assist with preparation of month-end financial reports
What we’re looking for:
Experience in an administrative or accounts-focused rolePrevious involvement with accounts payable and financial processes
Currently studying ACCA, or planning to begin soon
Accounting Technician, part-qualified ACCA, or similar finance background
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
High levels of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
