E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager – Luxury Retail
Location: Dublin (Office-Based)
Are you ready to shape the digital future of an iconic Irish luxury brand? We’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client’s online business, drive growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience worthy of our heritage.
This is a pivotal role with full ownership of digital strategy, trading performance, promotional planning, and customer journey optimisation. You’ll be at the heart of bringing craftsmanship, service, and timeless style into the digital age.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the digital roadmap – creating strategies to boost growth, conversion, and loyalty.
Oversee online trading – from daily operations to seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Deliver impactful campaigns – across SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliates, email, and display.
Elevate the customer journey – optimising acquisition, conversion, and retention touchpoints.
Leverage data and insights – using analytics to shape strategy and drive measurable results.
Champion CRO & UX – implementing A/B testing and enhancements to improve performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally – working with retail, logistics, and service teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.
Stay ahead of trends – ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of digital luxury retail.
About You:
3–5 years’ experience in a senior e-commerce or digital marketing role in a B2C company.
Proven success in driving online sales and optimising digital performance.
Hands-on with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar).
Strong channel knowledge: SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliates, email/CRM.
Commercially astute, data-driven, and customer-obsessed.
Experience leading teams and managing external agencies.
A passion for luxury retail, craftsmanship, and delivering premium experiences.
Adobe Creative Suite, CRO, attribution modelling, or advanced analytics.
