Business Development Manager – Cork, Kerry & Waterford
Our client, part of a renowned European group specialising in premium coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, is expanding its team. They are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to cover the territory of Cork, Kerry, and Waterford.
As Business Development Manager for Cork, Kerry, and Waterford, you’ll be the face of our client’s brand in the South of Ireland – focused on winning new business in the foodservice and hospitality sectors. This is a field-based role where your energy, creativity, and ambition will directly shape growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect and secure new clients across Cork, Kerry, and Waterford.Promote and sell premium beverage products – with a strong focus on coffee – to cafés, hotels, restaurants, and other outlets.
Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients, becoming their go-to coffee expert.
Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to drive aligned strategies.
Keep ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities.
Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and deep product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
A confident, engaging salesperson who thrives in a target-driven environment.Outgoing, personable, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
A proactive team player with strong organisational skills.
Self-motivated with a results-focused mindset.
Full, clean driving licence (essential).
Minimum 3 years’ B2B field sales experience, ideally in beverage, foodservice, or FMCG.
