Thai/ Multilingual Graduates – Generative Data Annotator

Salary: €31,063 per annum

Are you a fluent Thai or multilingual graduate with some experience in a customer-facing role, looking to start a career working with AI?

Our client, a globally known social media platform, is hiring for a new and exciting role — Generative Data Annotator.

As an Annotator, you will play a key part in improving large language models by creating, assessing, and refining pairs of questions and answers. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with data, language, and technology.

Main Responsibilities:

• Annotate English and market-language data accurately and consistently, following predefined annotation guidelines.
• Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning outputs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content organization.
• Conduct basic research as needed to ensure accurate annotations.
• Provide feedback to enhance the data annotation process and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Identify and communicate patterns or insights from annotated data.
• Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the market language (minimum C1 level).
• High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
• Interest in technology, data, and AI-driven innovation.

• Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be fully confident and comfortable dealing with sensitive content.
• Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G valid for at least 12 months or renewable).
