Application Details
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
This is a development opportunity and participation in work-related accredited training will be a requirement.
Duties will include- assisting in the day to day running of our child care centre;
- providing a stimulating and varied programme of activities ensuring the wellbeing of the child.
- Ensure child safety at all times
- Help maintain the learning environment daily
- Training provided in childcare QQI level 5, placement available to a maximum of three years to allow you to gain child care practitioner qualification and to get the relevant work experience.
- CEC (Community Employment Childcare) programme is available to participants to include children up to 13 years of age.
- A good standard of English is desirable.
