Application Details
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.
Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Preparing vegetablesAssist with cooking all meals.
Plating of meals for service in the dining room if necessaryPlating and sealing meals for meals-on wheels delivery.
Ensuring members requests/dietary requirements are met.
Washing up/ Laundry
Ensuring the kitchen/equipment is always kept clean.
Storing of food correctly
Segregation of waste rubbish
Working as part of a team
Assisting Members on and off the mini bus travelling to and from the Centre if requested
Setting up and the serving of all meals, morning and afternoon teas and dinners if requested
Helping in dining room for functions/staff shortages if requested
Flexible in working days and times.
Woking 19.5 hrs per week mainly mornings Monday to Friday
This is a development opportunity and training will be provided including Manual Handling and HACCP
