Sales Executive – Swords – Hybrid

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Executive to join a growing organisation in Ireland. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. You will be responsible for selling end-to-end supply chain solutions, value-added logistics services, and warehousing and distribution solutions across key sectors.

Salary: 65k DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across Ireland’s technology, enterprise, and commercial sectors

Develop strategic account plans to build long-term partnerships and maximise revenue

Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Sales Execution

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure

Prepare high-quality proposals, solution presentations, and commercial quotations

Market Insight & Strategy

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

Provide market insights to support and shape sales strategy

Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting through CRM systems

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, operations, procurement, and technical teams

Understand client challenges and position tailored solutions that deliver measurable value

Act as a key point of contact, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Additional Responsibilities

Adhere to all data protection, security, and IT policies

Support wider business needs with flexibility as required

Comply with quality management systems and internal risk frameworks

Key requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within:

Supply chain or logistics

Warehousing & distribution

Cloud, IT services, or technology sectors

Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets

Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a results-driven environment
