This is a senior HR Leadership position for a highly skilled, proactive and hands on HR Manager, looking to make an impact in an organisation. Reporting to the HR Director you lead a multidisciplined HR team and develop their capability. You will work closely with the HRD to deliver the people strategy and manage the HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR Management with experience in building teams and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will have deep knowledge of the full employee cycle and a commitment to people centric, values led service delivery through a flexible and proactive approach.
Key responsibilities: Provide Direction and Leadership across the employee cycle including ; Talent & Development.
Recruitment & Onboarding.HR Operations including process improvement.
Deputise for HRD as required and collaborate with the Senior Management team.
Act as the trusted partner and expert for HR policies and employment law for management.
Oversight of HR service delivery across multiple sites.
Workforce planning.
Culture, employee engagement & wellbeing.
Learning & Development, succession planning.
Policy & compliance.
Reward & Benefits (liaise with C&B and finance)Cross functional collaboration.
HRIS & Reporting.
HR projects as required.
Key Requirements: BA/MA specialising in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
High level of knowledge & practice across the full employee life cycle.5 years relevant experience at a HR Manager or HR Business Partner level.
Experience in a multi site preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Expert knowledge of employment law.
Exposure to the recruitment lifecycle and employee relations
Flexibility, attention to detail and agility to meet changing requirements
