Location: Rathcoole, Co. Dublin (Hybrid 1 day/week working from home)Hours: ~20 hours/week – Fully Flexible Scheduling- you choose your days!
Rate: €25.00–€30.00 per hour DOE

Are you an experienced and reliable accounts professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We’re seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper/Payroll/HR Administrator to join a small team within the Construction Industry and provide vital support across payroll, bookkeeping and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & HR Support: Run and process weekly payroll for approx. 25 staff.
Handle payroll-related queries from staff, management, and external bodies.Monitor sick leave, statutory leave, and ensure timely payments.
File monthly P30 returns and manage pension contributions.
Act as a point of contact for staff HR queries and liaise with external HR consultants.
Ensure employee contracts and handbooks are current and compliant.
Accounts & Bookkeeping:
Issue and reconcile sales invoices and receipts (knowledge of RCT essential).Carry out weekly credit control and debtor reviews.
Liaise with customers and internal staff to resolve billing and payment issues.
Assist with CSO and other regulatory returns.
Support accounts payable functions including invoice matching and payment reconciliation.
Potential to Grow:
This role has scope to expand over time to include: Monthly bank reconciliations and management accounts.
Assisting in the preparation of VAT and RCT returns.Liaising with external accountants and contributing to year-end reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
An accounting qualification (full or partial) would be a strong advantage.Solid bookkeeping and payroll experience (weekly payroll ideally).
Familiarity with RCT, VAT and statutory compliance is essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Some HR administration exposure preferred.
