Vitor das Graças Dias T/A Gourmetize located at 4 Kenmare Parade, Phibsborough, Dublin, D07H6C4, Ireland is seeking for a Business Development Executive. The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in the same environment.
The duties include:- Collaborates with clients to understand their event objectives and target audience, identifying key marketing requirements specific to high-end, immersive dining experiences for weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations.
- Develops and implements both quantitative and qualitative market research strategies to gather insights on trends, client preferences, and industry best practices related to luxury catering.
- Works closely with relevant departments (chefs, event coordinators, design teams) to discuss potential changes in design, pricing, packaging, and promotion based on research findings, ensuring a seamless, sensory-rich dining experience that enhances the event atmosphere.
- Coordinates with the advertising team to ensure marketing materials reflect the bespoke nature of the service.
