Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Monitor and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure all inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly.
- Deliver first-line troubleshooting for customer issues across the assigned product range by diagnosing problems and asking targeted questions to reach resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries in line with company procedures.
- Communicate investigation results to customers via clear, well-structured written reports and phone conversations.
- Resolve issues within agreed timelines, meeting key performance indicators for both individual and team targets.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain specialist knowledge in assigned product areas and share expertise with colleagues.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in any medical/clinical setting or a customer-facing customer support role
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing technical complaints.
- Fluency in Norwegian is essential.
