Job Description

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer customer inquiries and offer assistance as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Receive, sort, and price donated items.
• Create visually appealing displays.
• Maintain a tidy and organized shop floor.

• Assist in creating visually appealing window displays and in-store promotions.
• Ensure the shop's overall presentation is inviting and professional.

• Promote fundraising initiatives, such as charity events and appeals.
• Encourage donations and explain how they benefit the charity.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Handle cash and till operations.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Retail Experience: Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and volunteers.
• Passion for Charity Work: Genuine interest in supporting a good cause.
