We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop/Network Field Engineer to join our team and deliver high-quality, hands-on technical support to clients across Ireland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems in the field, thrives on variety, and takes pride in providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites nationwide to provide desktop and network support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Deliver professional and effective customer service.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation using Autotask.
• Participate in a shared on-call rota (1 week in every 4).

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT support or field engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of PCs, Windows OS, server infrastructure, and networking equipment.
• Full, clean Irish driving licence.
