We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to join an Professional Services Firm in Dublin City. Due to the urgent nature of this requirement, successful candidates will be available for an immediate start with no notice period and will have experience working a busy reception in a Corporate Environment
- Location:Dublin City Centre
- Role: Corporate Receptionist
- Contract: Temp starting immediately until end of December - with potential for extension
- Pay: €16ph
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Greeting incoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate rooms
- Administrative support to the team
- Managing meeting rooms
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a Receptionist role
- Available for an immediate start
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident MS Office user
