Logistics Coordinator New

Flexsource are currently recruiting a new roles for our Client, a Leading Supplier and Distributor of Construction Products, based South County Dublin.

Due to Continued Growth, our Client requires Logistics Coordinators to join their expanding team, to help and manage the Coordination and Distribution of their products nationwide.

The ideal candidate for this role will be required to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and resolve any supplier queries relating to invoicing
• Process order confirmations and proactively follow up on outstanding confirmations
• Act as the main point of contact for supplier queries relating to delivery dates and delivery addresses
• Produce and maintain delivery schedules, highlighting any issues or delays to the Logistics Manager / Account Manager
• Ensure all requested delivery dates are confirmed and kept up to date across all orders
• Update and approve delivery dates where required to support project timelines
• Ensure delivery locations are confirmed and accurately recorded for all orders
• Update and approve delivery locations where applicable

General & Support Duties:

• Maintain and update internal systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Attend weekly logistics meetings and initial project planning meetings as required
• Provide ad-hoc support for internal customer and supplier queries
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and suppliers
• Provide cover for the Logistics Manager during periods of leave, ensuring continuity of logistics operations
