Healthcare Assistant
Here at Brampton Care & Rehabilitation we are looking for part time HCAs to join us.Brampton care and Rehabilitation is located in Oranmore with close access to the Motorway. Here at Brampton, we offer a full induction and training plan for all HCAs who join us. If you and would like to work in a supportive and caring environment then we are for you!
Part time hours
We understand that flexibility is required and have the following shift available on a part time basis.
8am to 12 Noon
8am to 2pm
2pm to 10pm
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Providing the highest level of care and service to residents and upholding best practice in relation to daily activities.
Completing necessary documentation to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed.
Working to quality standards set out by the company and related professional bodies.
Sustaining high level of communication between resident’s family and staff, developing and maintaining good relationships
Assisting in the upkeep of high standards of cleanliness in the home
Contributing to the maintenance of Health and Safety in the home
Any other duties deemed necessary by Nurse in Charge and management.
Job Requirements: QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare, Nursing or a related industry.
Previous nursing home or similar healthcare experience is an advantageStrong communication and teamwork skills with high attention to detail.
