We currently have a number full-time positions for Silver Stream Healthcare Management Limited (Nenagh Manor Nursing Home- Yewston, Nenagh, Co Tipperary E45 K280).
Roles and Responsibilities:We are excited to offer opportunities for full-time Health Care Assistants. In this role, you will: Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life.
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care.Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents’ preferences and needs.
Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.
Engage residents
Desirable Qualifications: FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred).
Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.At least 1 year experience as Healthcare Assistant is preferred.
