The role

PE Global, an award-winning recruitment agency is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop a long-term career in professional recruitment.

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, supporting recruitment activities across a wide range of industries while learning the full 360° recruitment process through structured training and on-the-job mentoring.

• Source and engage potential candidates through database searches, job boards and networking
• Contact and screen candidates to assess suitability, experience and career goals
• Support senior consultants in managing open vacancies and developing client relationships
• Create and post job adverts across multiple platforms
• Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform candidate compliance checks and assist with administrative tasks such as interview coordination and documentation
• Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a fast-paced Recruitment role
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proactive, driven, and comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Positive, sociable, and team-oriented attitude
• No previous recruitment experience required as full training and career development provided
