As a Meica Project Engineer, you will be crucial in managing and overseeing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation (MEICA) projects from conception to completion.
You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will guide the coordination of engineering design, procurement, and installation activities while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities- Manage MEICA projects throughout all phases, from planning and design to implementation and completion.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Prepare and present project plans, proposals, and budget estimates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Document all phases of project development, including schedules, reports, and technical documentation.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in MEICA project management or relevant engineering role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
