ECO SWEETHOMES PROPERTIES LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of our building projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets using appropriate tools.
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and on-site staff.
Track project progress and generate detailed status reports for stakeholders.
Manage project changes, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Ensure project close-out, including final inspections, documentation, and handover.
Key Requirements:
A relevant third-level degree qualification (QQI Level 7 or higher) in a construction-related discipline (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture).
A minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of proven experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
Salary: €45,000 per annum- Sector:
