Medical Secretary
At Osborne, we are seeking an experienced Medical Secretary on a PART-TIME BASIS, on behalf of a private consultant’s practice, located in Navan, Meath.
***This role requires FULL FELXIBILTY. The successful candidate will be working 2 DAYS PER WEEK, which will vary on a weekly basis***
Package:
€15 per hour2 days per week
Hours are 4pm-8pm
FULL FLEXIBILITY IS REQUIRED (Days may vary)
Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting patientsResponding to queries and escalating issues
Booking appointments and taking payments
Providing excellent customer service
Daily administration and uploading information to a database
Recording patient information accurately and in line with GDPR
Other ad hoc duties
Experience required:
A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a busy medical setting is ESSENTIALFULL FELXIBILITY IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST
Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong technical proficiency
Full flexibility is required
