Business Manager - Catering Services
Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork

What you’ll do:
Oversee catering operations, including kitchen, onsite restaurants, hospitality events, and vending services.Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and client billing, ensuring profitability and accuracy.
Plan and organise staffing rotas to align with business needs and growth.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and licensing requirements.
Drive customer engagement through marketing initiatives and loyalty strategies.
Work collaboratively with client representatives and internal teams, such as Culinary Directors and Food Platform teams.
What you bring:
Proven experience in business or catering management, with strong leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong IT skills, including familiarity with systems like SAP and spreadsheets.
Commitment to fostering a safety-focused work environment.
Positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Desirable:
Familiarity with Sodexo policies and procedures.Health and safety qualification or personal license holder.
