Civils Site Manager

This position will suit a technically strong and organised professional who can take ownership of site delivery, manage precast and concrete works, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance on site.

• Oversee daily site operations, managing engineers, subcontractors, and crews.
• Coordinate the installation of precast concrete and associated civil works in line with design drawings and specifications.
• Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety compliance at all times.
• Manage site documentation, QA/QC records, and progress reporting.
• Liaise closely with design and project management teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct setting out, surveys, and quality inspections as required.
• Ensure works are completed efficiently, safely, and to programme.

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within civils, structural, or precast construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete and structural systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound site-based decisions.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and using setting-out equipment.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within the Cork region.
