General Administrator

Our client, a well established company based in Limerick is seeking a General Administrator on a permanent and temporary basis to support a rapidly growing team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to join at an exciting time within the business

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following: reception, secretarial and office management duties with the ability to adopt there skillset.

Duties:

  • Manage the office phone, emails, visitors, files, appointments and general administration
  • Daily filing, photocopying, scanning and binding
  • Scanning and distributing of incoming and outgoing post
  • Efficient turn-around times to meet deadlines
  • Maintain and update stationary & kitchen supplies

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills and systems
  • A drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in an administration is desirable
