Lead a High-Performing Digital Advertising Sales Team
We are seeking an experienced Ad Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth and lead a team of talented sales professionals supporting SMB and Mid-Market advertisers across the LATAM region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader with experience in digital advertising, SaaS, or platform sales who enjoys coaching teams, improving performance, and delivering measurable business results.
What You'll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Ad Sales Executives
- Drive quota attainment, productivity, and pipeline growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews, call coaching, and development sessions
- Support onboarding and ongoing career development
- Ensure strong pipeline management and forecast accuracy
- Support sellers in opportunity qualification, deal progression, and closing strategies
- Monitor sales activity, lead follow-up, and CRM hygiene
- Deliver consistent results against team revenue targets
- Support complex and high-value sales opportunities
- Coach consultative, value-based sales conversations
- Help advertisers achieve business goals through effective digital advertising solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver the best customer outcomes
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and company policies
- Drive accountability around reporting, forecasting, and sales quality
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused team culture
- 4+ years' experience in sales, digital advertising, lead generation, SaaS, or media sales
- 1–2+ years' experience leading or mentoring sales teams
- Proven success in quota-carrying, KPI-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising and performance marketing
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Fluent English and Portuguese (C1/C2), and fluency in Spanish preferrable
- Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Lead a growing, high-impact sales team in a fast-paced digital advertising environment
