Digital Marketing Specialist

The Role

Our client works in financial services who is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's growing digital marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a central role in developing, implementing, and optimising paid digital campaigns across multiple channels.

• Develop and manage the paid promotions and sponsored digital strategy in collaboration with third-party suppliers to ensure optimal performance across PPC/SEM.
• Oversee full-funnel paid digital campaigns, including media strategy, planning, implementation, and optimisation across channels such as display, video, podcasts, and content partnerships.
• Lead the creative development of paid campaign assets to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Drive traffic and conversion growth for all paid activities.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Deliver detailed KPI-based post-campaign reports to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all digital activity adheres to company, regulatory, and legal standards.
• Manage and optimise on-site campaign experiences, including landing page performance.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the organisation's mobile app in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Contribute to updates and larger digital projects for the company's public website.
• Provide digital marketing support, guidance, and resources to other business areas.

• Degree in marketing or a related digital marketing qualification.
• 4+ years' experience in a digital marketing role within financial services or a similar regulated industry.
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Google Certification desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Contract: 12 months (fixed term)
