Sales Support
About the role
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the sales team. Working closely with the sales managers, your role is to contribute directly to achieving sales objectives and to ensure efficient, responsive, and customer oriented service.
You will coordinate and follow up on customer and sales requests internally, acting as a key interface between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
What will I be doing?- Assist the sales team with the day-to-day account management tasks of key customers,
- Follow up contracts/purchasing order administrative work, ensuring information is correctly loaded onto our internal IT systems,
- Work with internal departments and functions to handle customer quality and regulatory enquiries in support of the sales team,
- Assist the sales team in coordinating customer enquiries and requests internally with various functions (Quality, R&D, Supply Chain…) and ensuring the customers /the sales team receive the requested responses.
What do I need to be successful?

These include:
- University degree or similar
- Previous relevant experience in a commercial support or sales administration role
- Fluent English required; a second language is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Customer oriented mindset with attention to detail and responsiveness
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment
