Financial Planning Consultant| Permanent | Dublin / hybrid

Due to both organic growth and recent acquisitions, our client is expanding their team and seeking a Financial Planning Consultant to join their employee benefits business. As a result of this growth, they now have a significantly larger number of individual clients and prospects who require expert financial planning support.

You will also support the delivery of member services to corporate clients and play a key role in developing a strong portfolio of individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality financial planning advice to individual clients, especially in relation to retirement and broader financial wellbeing
• Support the delivery of employee benefits and member services into corporate clients
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of individual clients through proactive business development
• Contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused team and mentor junior team members where appropriate

The ideal candidate will have:

• QFA qualification (Certified Financial Planner status would be a distinct advantage)
• Substantial experience in delivering individual financial advice
• Strong track record in financial planning and client relationship management
• A proven ability to meet financial and commercial targets
• Deep knowledge of financial, pension, and investment products
• A client-first approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working within both individual advice and group employee benefits
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and develop junior staff
