As the first point of contact in the sales process, you’ll play a vital role in driving our success and laying the groundwork for strong, lasting partnerships.

• Collaborate with seasoned Account Executives to design and implement impactful prospecting strategies
• Craft, test, and optimize messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer profiles
• Identify and engage high-potential companies that would benefit from our solutions
• Contribute to the company’s growth by generating new business opportunities

• Fluency in both Polish and English
• A minimum of 9 months' experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR position
• High energy, motivation, and a passion for exceeding sales targets
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

• On-target earnings of €67,000 in your first year (including €43.5k base and uncapped commission)
