Inside Sales Specialist – Life Sciences Industry
Ireland or Germany, fully remote
Join a leading company experts in filtration systems and single-use process solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and industrial sectors.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the entire sales cycle—helping them find the right solutions, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
What you will do:
- Partner with the Sales team to engage existing customers and qualified leads, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, management, and procurement teams.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching potential accounts and building rapport.
- Provide technical guidance on products, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Create and present quotes, proposals, and sales materials tailored to customer needs.
- Stay ahead of the competition by analysing market trends and competitor activity.
What you need to have:
- German language + English fluent
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Sales experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or industrial solutions is a plus.
- Dynamic, personable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
